Valdes Peninsula


Puerto Madryn is protected by the Golfo Nuevo, which is formed by Península Valdes and Punta Ninfas, and is one of the most sheltered places on the Patagonian coast. With five kilometers of beaches bordering the city, Puerto Madryn is the gateway to many other attractions in Argentina. Top among them is Valdes Peninsula Nature Reserve, a UNESCO heritage site since 1999

Day 1

Departure from Buenos Aires airport to Trelew .
Reception and transfer to Puerto Madryn city (60km.). Short sightseeing tour of the city and lodging in the chosen hotel
Free afternoon to visit this coastal city

Day 2

Breakfast and whole day tour to visit the Valdez Peninsula, to the fauna reservoir in Punta Norte to see the sea elephants, we will also visit the seals habitat in Punta Piramides and at the harbour we will go on a sailing tour to see the whales.

Back to the hotel.

Day 3
Tour to the penguins habitat in Punta Tambo and the Inferior Valley of the Chubut river, visiting Trelew, Rawson and Gaiman where you will enjoy the delicious teas with Welsh cakes

Day 4

Breakfastand transfer to the Trelew airport to take the flight to Buenos Aires
